Payment and timing

Payment methods are those displayed in Stripe Checkout. Card payments are processed when the order is placed. For Stripe Managed Payments transactions, Sold through Link, LLC (“Link”) acts as Merchant of Record and handles payment, receipts and invoices, and transaction support.

Delivery

After payment is completed, download and license information is provided on screen or by email. Delivery is normally immediate but may be delayed by payment confirmation or email delivery.

Cancellations and refunds

Because the Product is digital software and a license, refunds or cancellations are generally not offered under our independent seller policy after checkout is completed.

However, Managed Payments purchases are also subject to the Link Consumer Terms, the Sold through Link refund policy, and mandatory laws applicable in your location. Link may issue a refund within 60 days of purchase. Where our policy is more restrictive, Link’s policy controls to the extent of the conflict.

We may separately provide a refund, replacement, or other remedy for a missing license delivery, an obvious duplicate payment, or a material failure caused by us. Compatibility issues are generally outside our independent refund policy where pre-purchase testing was reasonably available, without limiting mandatory legal rights or Link’s decision.

Defects and damaged downloads

Contact us if you experience a download, installation, or license-activation problem. We will investigate and may provide another download or reissue a license where appropriate.

Sales limits and international purchases
