Windows 版は現在署名手続き中のため、ダウンロード時に警告が表示される場合があります。 The Windows build is currently pending code-signing, so a warning may appear during download.

ライセンスと認証 License & activation

ChordDock のライセンスは、Lite / Extended 共通のインストーラーに対してシリアルキーで機能を切り替える方式です。 ChordDock uses a shared installer; your serial key determines whether you run Lite or Extended.

  • ご購入時に発行されたシリアルキーを、プラグイン内の認証画面で入力してください。 Enter the serial key you received at purchase in the plugin’s activation screen.
  • 1 ライセンスにつき、2台までアクティベーションできます。 Each license can be activated on up to 2 machines.
  • PC の買い替えや OS 再インストール時には、事前に旧環境のライセンス解除を行ってください。 Before replacing a PC or reinstalling the OS, please deactivate the license on the old environment.

Q1. アップデートしたら Lite になってしまいました Q1. After updating, it shows as Lite

ChordDock は Lite / Extended 共通インストーラーです。Extended として使う場合は、シリアルキーを再度入力し、オンライン認証を実行する必要があります。 ChordDock uses a shared installer for Lite and Extended. To use Extended, enter your serial key again and perform online activation.

OS 再インストールやマシン移行時などにシリアル情報が失われると、Lite 状態に戻ることがあります。 If serial information is lost when reinstalling the OS or moving to a new machine, the plugin may revert to Lite mode.

Q2. アップデート後に DAW にプラグインが表示されません Q2. After updating, the plugin does not appear in my DAW

次の点をご確認ください： Please check the following:

  • DAW のプラグイン再スキャン Rescan plugin folders in your DAW

Q3. アップデート前のプロジェクトとの互換性は大丈夫ですか？ Q3. Will my existing projects remain compatible after updating?

基本的に後方互換です。まれに DAW 側のキャッシュの影響で、プラグインの再スキャンが必要な場合があります。 In principle, updates are backward compatible. In rare cases, your DAW’s plugin cache may require a rescan.
