3. Stripe Managed Payments and Link
Some payments use Stripe Managed Payments. Sold through Link, LLC (“Link”) acts as Merchant of Record and handles payment processing, receipts and invoices, transaction support, refunds and disputes, and indirect-tax processing in supported jurisdictions. Order, contact, payment, and fulfilment information needed for those purposes is shared with Stripe, Link, and their affiliates. We do not directly collect or store complete card numbers.
Stripe and Link process information under their own terms and privacy practices. See the Link Consumer Terms and Link Privacy Policy.
4. Service providers
We use service providers including:
- Stripe and Sold through Link, LLC for payments and transaction management.
- Google Firebase for license, account, and backend services.
- Google Analytics for website analytics.
- Google Forms or similar tools for support enquiries.
Information is shared only as reasonably necessary for these services or where otherwise required by law.
5. Retention and security
We use reasonable safeguards against unauthorised access, loss, alteration, and disclosure. We retain personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, including accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, and dispute records.
6. Data access, correction, and deletion
You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal data we control. We may request information needed to verify your identity. Records required by law or reasonably needed for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, or an unresolved dispute may be retained for the necessary period.
A deletion request made to Stripe or Link is separate from a request concerning information stored by us in Firebase or other systems. Deleting information from Stripe or Link does not automatically delete our license, device, or legally required transaction records. Requests for Stripe or Link data must also follow their applicable process.
7. Cookies and analytics
This website may use cookies and similar technologies for functionality and analytics. You can restrict cookies in your browser, but some features may not work correctly.
8. Changes
We may update this Policy and will publish material changes on this website.
